Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned patients in accordance with care plans and nursing management directives. Coordinate care types with licensed staff while strictly adhering to company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and leadership to support 1-1 patient interactions. Maintain independence in day-to-day operations using reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Requires current CNA certification and age 18 or older.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Must be at least 18 years of age
