Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned patients in accordance with care plans and nursing management direction, coordinating with licensed staff to ensure proper care delivery. Work independently while collaborating daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers to support patients on a one-on-one basis. Follow all company nursing policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments strictly. Must possess valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Requires CNA certification and commitment to improving quality of life within the community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Must be at least 18 years of age
