Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned patients in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management direction. Coordinate proper care types with licensed staff while strictly following company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership to support patient needs. Work independently on a day-to-day basis with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Maintain CNA certification in the state of practice and be at least 18 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Must be at least 18 years of age
