Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care to clients in home care. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility), monitoring and reporting changes to supervising nurse, maintaining accurate care documentation, ensuring a safe home environment, following state regulations and infection control protocols, and effective communication with clients, families, and care team. Requires active Virginia CNA license, 2–3 years caregiving experience, willingness to travel to client homes, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing (Required)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience (Required)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
