Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care services to clients in home settings in Falls Church, VA, following individualized care plans. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support; monitor changes in client condition and report to supervising nurse; maintain accurate documentation; ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment; follow state regulations and infection control protocols; communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team. Must hold an active Virginia CNA license and have 1–2 years of caregiving experience; CPR/First Aid certification preferred; must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to client homes. Required Qualifications
