Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to clients in Frederick County, Maryland, providing activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and oral feeding. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making while assisting with ambulation and range of motion exercises. Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration, and facilitate transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Support medication administration and ensure safety through adherence to infection prevention protocols and daily pre-screens. Requires active MD Nurse Aide Registry listing, one year of experience, and reliable transportation. Flexible per-diem schedules with weekly pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Have at least one year of work experience
- Must be listed on the MD Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
