Job Summary
Deliver skilled home health services as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) focused on patient care in a home environment. Responsibilities include visiting patients to assess their safety and comfort, assisting with daily living activities, supporting independence during recovery, and performing skilled tasks under RN supervision. Maintain accurate documentation and provide patient education as per the plan of care, while also ensuring adherence to infection control standards. The position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.
