Job Summary
Conduct home health patient care visits, assisting with daily activities and positioning or transferring patients up to 50 pounds. Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills to exceed patient expectations during every visit. Possess a valid CNA license in the state of application and reliable transportation to perform job duties.
