Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned individuals in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives. Coordinate proper care types by collaborating with licensed staff, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. Strictly follow all company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while working independently on a day-to-day basis. Maintain 1-1 patient contact with strong support from the patient care team. Must drive with a valid license and auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state(s) of practice
