Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned individuals in accordance with care plans and nursing management directives. Coordinate proper care types with licensed staff while strictly adhering to company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers to support patients on a one-on-one basis. Maintain independence in day-to-day operations while driving to sites with a valid license and auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state(s) of practice
