Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship; assist with ambulation and transfers; provide medication reminders and document client condition for supervisor review; maintain a safe home environment and engage clients with activities to promote well-being.
Required Qualifications

- Valid IN driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
