Job Summary
Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant provides one-on-one in-home care to seniors and patients with illness, injury, or chronic disease in Deltona, FL. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nutrition), aiding with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises, checking vitals and glucose, documenting changes, and ensuring the patient’s care plan is followed in collaboration with a team of Home Health nurses and aides. Requires High School diploma (or equivalent), active Florida CNA certification, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling offered; 1:1 CNA-to-patient ratios; NO evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida
- CPR certification
