Job Summary
Provide in-home care as a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Palm Coast, FL and surrounding areas. Deliver one-on-one patient care including bathing, hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility assistance, vitals monitoring, and documenting changes. Work with a team of nurses and aides to follow the patient care plan, observe for changes, and notify supervisors of any issues requiring changes in care or equipment. Requires High School diploma (or equivalent), Florida CNA certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Flexible day schedules with mileage reimbursement and no evening or weekend shifts. Mileage reimbursement and a 1:1 CNA-to-patient ratio are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift 50 lbs.
