Job Summary
Provide resident care to individuals per their care plans, including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and assisting with daily living activities. Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality; escort residents to meals and activities; ensure residents are clean, groomed, and fed during shifts; document services rendered; report changes in condition promptly to supervisor. CNA or CHHA certification required; prior experience with the elderly preferred, with dementia experience preferred. Shifts available: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
