Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant role providing hands-on personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene) per client care plans. Requires CNA/CMT with at least 1 year of caregiving experience in care facilities, ability to work Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am–1pm, and to adhere to policies, clock in/out on client systems, observe changes in clients’ health, and participate in training. Required Qualifications
- CNA certification or CMT with at least one year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living environments
- ability to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am to 1pm
- ability to perform personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene)
- read and follow care plans and assessments to provide consistent quality care
- adherence to company policies and shift timekeeping
- ability to observe clients and report health or behavioral changes as needed
- participation in training and development programs
