Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Virginia is sought to provide in-home patient-center care for clients in Gainesville and surrounding Northern Virginia areas. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility), documenting care provided, monitoring client condition and reporting changes to the supervising nurse, maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to state regulations and infection-control protocols, and effective communication with clients, families, and the care team. Requires an active Virginia CNA license, 2–3 years of caregiving/clinical experience, CPR/First Aid (preferred), reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing (Required)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience (Required)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism at all times
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
