Certified Nursing Assistant

Provide personal care assistance including lifting, turning, moving, and transporting residents using equipment such as Arjo lifts, wheelchairs, and walkers. Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding while safely transferring residents between beds, wheelchairs, and bathtubs. Monitor residents for changes in physical or emotional condition and report observations to supervisory staff. Maintain accurate documentation in Microsoft Office Suite and Netsmart MyUnity systems and respond promptly to Rythmos call light alerts. Foster social interaction by involving residents in meaningful activities with family, friends, and staff. This role supports the Assisted Living Plan to ensure resident needs are met while promoting physical well-being and social connections in a warm, supportive environment.
