Job Summary
Per-Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Old Bridge, NJ with flexible shifts (11:00 PM–7:00 AM and 7:00 AM–3:00 PM). Responsibilities include assisting patients with ADLs, monitoring and reporting condition changes, supporting rehabilitation goals, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care. Requires completion of an accredited CNA program, active NJ CNA license, current BLS, and at least one year of relevant experience.
