Job Summary
Per-Diem Certified Nursing Assistant needed at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orwigsburg, PA. Responsibilities include assisting patients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility), monitoring and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff, supporting rehabilitation goals through therapeutic exercises and patient engagement, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care. Requires active PA CNA license, current BLS certification, completion of an accredited CNA program, and at least one year of relevant experience.
