Job Summary
Per-Diem Certified Nursing Assistant needed to fill shifts at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Smethport, PA. Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility; monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff; supporting rehabilitation goals through therapeutic exercises and patient engagement; maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a clean, safe environment; and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care. Flexible shifts available: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 7:00 AM–3:00 PM EDT. Requirements include completion of an accredited CNA program, active PA CNA license and current BLS certification, and at least one year of relevant experience. Salary is paid hourly at $19.14 with no client interview required after credentialing.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) program.
- Licensure: Active PA state CNA license and current BLS Certification.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience.
