Certified Nursing Assistant - Full Time

Provide direct resident care, including bed baths, toileting, ambulation, feeding, and personal hygiene. Monitor vital signs, document intake/output, and report behavioral or physical changes to the charge nurse. Perform range of motion exercises, apply restraints per policy, and maintain infection control protocols. Work 2nd shift with a 1:8 staffing ratio, answering call lights promptly and promoting resident participation in activities. Requires current Wisconsin C.N.A. certification and high school diploma. Located on the east side of Milwaukee overlooking Lake Michigan.
