Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an Evening Full-Time role in a senior assisted living unit. You will provide personal care (meal service, bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, incontinence care) and assist with transfers/mobility, monitor residents’ needs, offer companionship, support emotional and social needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans. Role requires active WA CNA certification, state-specific training certificates (Dementia and Mental Health), CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and a WA Food Worker Card within specified timelines. New graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of CNA experience is preferred. The position offers a rotating 3-week schedule with shift differential opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Active WA State Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing
- WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training Certificate
- WA DSHS Mental Health Specialty Training Certificate
- WA State Food Worker Card (Due within 14 days from date of hire)
- CPR + AED - BLS Certification
- First Aid Certification
- 1-2 years Certified Nursing Assistant experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Previous experience in elder care or assisted living highly preferred
