Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of client status including physical, psychological, and environmental parameters. Develop and follow individualized Plans of Care incorporating data analysis and current scientific findings. Provide skilled interventions aimed at achieving realistic client outcomes within specified time periods. Report changes and information necessary to modify care plans reflecting progress toward goals. Consistently demonstrate competency with technical nursing skills according to personal and legal scope of practice. Teach clients, families, and support systems according to their needs within the context of their environment and value systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- State approved nursing assistant course completion/certification, or enrollment in approved course per state guidelines.
