Required Qualifications

- Active WA State Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing

- CPR + AED - BLS Certification (due within 30 days from hire)
- First Aid Certification (due within 30 days from hire)
- WA DSHS Dementia and Mental Health Specialty Training certificates (to be completed within 90 days from hire)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in elder care or assisted living preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Additional Requirements
- Must demonstrate legal right to work in the US
- Must pass a DSHS background check and drug screening
