Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Durham, NC provides direct resident care in a skilled nursing unit under nursing/medical supervision. Responsibilities include answering call systems, assisting with bathing/dressing, transporting and aiding with meals, repositioning bedfast residents, changing linens, recording intake and vitals, assisting with examinations and treatment preparation, maintaining clean and stocked rooms, and supporting residents’ independence. Requires HS Diploma or GED, NC CNA certification in good standing, CPR certification or ability to obtain, and 1 year related experience preferred (will hire new CNAs). Shifts available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with every other weekend; full-time positions with competitive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state of NC is required.
- 1 year minimal related experience and/or training is preferred but will hire new CNAs.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Experience in geriatrics care, SNF (healthcare) or LTC preferred.
- CPR certified or ability to obtain once hired.
