Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care while encouraging independence and maintaining their highest level of functioning. Build meaningful relationships through companionship, comfort, and support, and monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion while following all company policies and state and federal regulations. This role requires current CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, at least three months of caregiving experience, and a compassionate, dependable attitude. Full-time second shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Required Qualifications
