Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Take and record vital signs, help with mobility and transfers while adhering to the No Lift Policy, and promptly answer call lights. Maintain a clean, safe environment and report changes in resident conditions to the interdisciplinary team. Follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines while working 7A or 7P shifts. Join a supportive, family-oriented team at White Oak Manor Tryon in a long-term care facility dedicated to dignity and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- 7A or 7P (12 hour shifts)
- Weekdays or Weekends
- Weekend Premium Pay
