Certified Nursing Assistant (FT)

Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs to maximize their independence by providing care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreation. Actively engage residents in daily activities aligned with their personal rhythm, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility. Proactively organize resident care, alert the Interdisciplinary Team to changes in plans, and identify individual needs, wants, and preferences to encourage autonomy. Participate in planned and unplanned activities, appointments, and care plan meetings while collaborating to ensure residents have necessary supplies and resources. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 2pm to 10pm.
