Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, provide patient-centered care to residents in a Georgia nonprofit facility. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), support mobility, transfers, and positioning; monitor and report changes in residents’ condition; maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care; demonstrate compassion, respect, and teamwork in a reflective care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence
- Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
