Job Summary
Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team while following physician orders, care plans, and state regulations. Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in daily activities under RN supervision to foster a safe, dignified living environment. This weekend and Monday day-shift role offers consistent scheduling for those seeking meaningful work in senior care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Current CNA certification in good standing
- Completion of all required in-service training
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
