Job Summary
Provide high quality personal care to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living. Perform basic health monitoring with vital signs and medication reminders, offer light housekeeping, and follow the Plan of Care to ensure safe, consistent, and client-focused services. Must hold an active CNA or HHA certification with CPR, complete background checks and TB screening, and pass the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
