Job Summary
Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs by assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans that honor individual strengths and routines. Provide companionship and belonging while facilitating resident activities and programs in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure timely care. Maintain current CPR certification and state CNA certification, leveraging at least one year of CNA/GNA experience preferred. Work flexible full-time or part-time schedules at Cedar Crest Village, a 130-acre continuing care retirement community in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, as part of Erickson Senior Living's national network serving 27,000 residents.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- Current CPR certification is preferred
- Basic computer skills required
