Job Summary
Provides direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) including assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, meal support, and activities of daily living; documents care provided and observations in accordance with the resident’s Service Plan; participates in care-plan implementation, restorative activities, and teamwork with nursing staff; supports safety and comfort of residents, including emergency response and adherence to HIPAA; requires PPE knowledge and ability to perform duties in a health-care setting with potential exposure to infectious agents; PM/NOC shifts with shift differentials and weekend differential.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification or nursing assistant credential as required by state
- ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality
- ability to lift and transfer patients and perform physical tasks as needed
- basic math and documentation skills
