Certified Nursing Assistant - Days

Answer call lights, assist with activities of daily living including bathing, eating, and ambulation, and transport patients within the hospital. Maintain accurate documentation of vital signs, intake and output, and patient behavior changes reported to licensed personnel. Serve and collect food trays, pass water, change bed linens, and restock supplies while ensuring the environment remains clean. Obtain and document urine and stool specimens, assist with treatments and dressing changes, and orient new admissions to their rooms. Adhere to hospital policies, maintain confidentiality, and attend scheduled staff meetings.
