Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant provides resident care in a long-term care setting, assisting with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, hygiene), meal service, light housekeeping and laundry, and supporting residents with dignity and empathy. Maintains safety, HIPAA compliance, and a positive environment; communicates with residents, families, and staff; participates in trainings and emergency procedures; works as part of a team to support resident independence and well-being across all shifts (10p-6a, 6a-2p, 2p-10p).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to two years related experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
