Certified Nursing Assistant

Deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care. Perform activities of daily living, including vital signs, bed baths, oral care, turning patients, and feeding techniques, while adhering to infection control and safety policies. Contribute pertinent information for the development and revision of the patient's plan of care and uphold standards of conduct under RN direction. Use AIDET and HEAT communication models to enhance the patient experience. Requires one year of CNA experience, AHA CPR certification, and fire safety training.
