Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs and other health-related information. Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Work AM, PM, and NOC shifts at Pine View Care Center. Requires active CNA certification, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's residents is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a long-term care or assisted living facility
- Experience working with residents with dementia or Alzheimer's
