Job Summary
Provide support to staff and patients on the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit by independently delivering resource information and general nursing care. Complete clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits, and patient processes. Work three 12-hour night shifts (1830–0630 or 1900–0700) every third weekend and rotating holidays as part of a 36-hour weekly schedule. Demonstrate compassion at the end of life and strong customer service skills within a family-centered philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- WI Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) - active or expired on registry
- Must have a strong interest in customer service
- Able to multi task
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care
- Able to demonstrate compassion at the end of life
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for rotating holidays
- Must be available for night shifts
