Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients while assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor client health status, report changes to personnel, and follow safety protocols. Transport clients for medical appointments and other activities, utilizing a current driver's license and valid auto insurance. Communicate effectively with clients and their families. Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling across days, nights, weekends, and overnight shifts. Weekly bonuses and monthly recognition awards are offered to caregivers.
Required Qualifications
- Passion to serve others - a true caregiver
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Current/Valid Drivers License
- Car with current Auto Insurance
