Job Summary
The CNA provides direct routine care in activities of daily living under the supervision of a licensed nurse or Clinical Manager, following the tenant’s plan of care and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards. Responsibilities include applying basic nursing, personal care, and basic restorative services while attending to the mental health and social needs of cognitively impaired tenants. The role is part of an interdisciplinary care team focused on promoting independence and maximizing residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in a Minnesota-based facility within Monarch Healthcare Management.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English
