Job Summary
Provide tenants with direct routine care in all activities of daily living under licensed nurse supervision, applying skills in basic nursing, personal care, and restorative services. Address mental health, social service, and cognitively impaired tenant needs while promoting independence and psychosocial well-being. Adhere to the Service Plan, MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, Tenant's Bill of Rights, and campus QAPI program. Maintain current certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry with proficient English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English
