Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed to provide resident care in a senior living community. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, dining), serving meals, promoting proper nutrition and hydration, encouraging socialization and leisure activities, maintaining accurate records of activities and changes in condition, keeping environments clean and safe, following emergency procedures, and contributing to teamwork. Maintain appearance, participate in in-service trainings, and be an active member of the community’s emergency response team. Requires current CNA certification, HS diploma or GED, current CPR certification, 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, understanding of HIPAA, and passing a background check and drug screen.
Required Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements
