Job Summary
Van Driver (CNA) to transport patients, specimens, and charts safely; transports patients using wheelchairs and stretchers, delivers lab materials, and assists with patient transport activities. Role requires active CNA license, minimum 21 years old, a clean driving history (3-year check), and stretcher experience. Responsibilities include interacting with patients at appropriate developmental/language levels, assisting with environmental duties, and following facility competencies. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
- Minimum 21 years of age to drive
- Acceptable driving history with a 3-year driving record check
- Stretcher experience
- Ability to transport patients, specimens, and charts safely
- Experience assisting with patient transport activities
- Ability to communicate with patients and caregivers at appropriate level
- Ability to perform environmental duties as part of role
