Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care and supports the nursing team in delivering compassionate care at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating), mobility assistance, monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions, documenting vital signs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, building positive relationships with residents and families, and following infection control guidelines. Requires current active CNA certification in NC; HS diploma/GED preferred; CPR/BLS preferred. Night shift; part-time with weekend and holiday rotation; flexible scheduling. Required Qualifications
- Current and active CNA certification in NC
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
