Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed at Valencia Hills Center for Rehabilitation & Healing to provide resident-focused care in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing resident rights, helping with admissions/transfers/discharges, assisting with treatments and rehab activities under supervision, and demonstrating dependability in scheduled shifts. We offer a new wage scale, full-time and part-time roles, walk-in interviews, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, shift differentials, PTO, 401k, and more. Must hold an active CNA license in Florida and meet AHCA background screening requirements; ability to communicate in English and work well with staff is essential. Location options include Lakeland and Plant City, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel
- AHCA Clearinghouse background screening (Florida)
