Job Summary
Provide personal and nursing care per resident care plans; participate in shift reports and activities; monitor and respond to resident needs with dignity; maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment; assist with activities inside and outside the center; ensure timely and compassionate meal service; maintain documentation for activities of daily living and care plans; adhere to policies, quality improvement and infection control standards; participate in scheduled training to maintain certification and enhance quality of care.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
