Job Summary

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, hands-on care to patients under the supervision of a Unity RN, delivering care per the patient’s ADL Plan of Care to ensure comfort, dignity, and safety. This role covers the Sturgeon Bay territory and may travel outside the territory. Schedule is full-time (36 hours/week) four days per week (7:00 am–4:00 pm) with weekend commitments and occasional on-call shifts and holidays. Essential duties include Activities of Daily Living support, Restorative Care, Skin Care, Mobility, Nutritional Support, Respiratory care, Bowel and Bladder management, Reinforcement of teaching, Companionship, Vital Signs, reading CADD pump settings, reporting pain ratings, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to policies and regulations. Requires completion of a CNA program, eligibility to work in Wisconsin facilities, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle. Knowledge/skills include MS Office proficiency, effective communication, organization, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing demands. Required Qualifications

  • Completion of certified nursing assistant program
  • Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry and be eligible to work at state and federally certified facilities
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
