Job Summary
Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care, assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation, help with mobility, and perform routine housekeeping tasks in clients' homes. Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator. Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor while possessing safe working knowledge of client-based equipment. This role requires CNA certification, state-mandated training completion, and passing a criminal background check. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you set your own schedule and hours to balance work-life needs while making a meaningful impact on the quality of life for energy workers and their families.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable
- Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment
- Must pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers
- CNA Certification required
