Job Summary
Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs, prepare them for activities and social programs, and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Ensure all activities align with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills while supporting residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
