Job Summary
Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, activity preparation, and routine tasks in accordance with state and federal regulations. Provide basic nursing care and perform procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor while maintaining professional image and communication standards. This role is available at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, a family-owned company founded in 1985, where the YOUNITE philosophy guides personal interactions with residents and team members. Sign-on bonuses of $4,000 for full-time and $2,000 for part-time positions are available, alongside competitive pay, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. Prior CNA experience in a LTC or SNF setting is preferred.
